About Us

We are in the Netherlands, a harbor for many multinationals, because of its pro-investment legislation, taxation and a great geographical location in the heart of Europe.  

The founder of Neufeld Legal is Elena Neufeld, who is an energetic, eloquent business lawyer with 20 years of global practice in corporate and commercial law at publicly traded and privately held companies. Elena is also a Master of Laws (LLM) in Competition Law and EU regulations. 

Originally from Estonia, Elena is a hybrid of east and west as she studied, worked and lived in Eastern, Western Europe and Canada. Elena fluently speaks and drafts in English and Russian. For the last 10 years Elena has been living and working in the Netherlands an in-house and external counsel for multinationals. Elena practised vastly in international HITECH, telecom, FinTech, and consumer electronics sector and gained a broad experience in this field.
